WORKSHOP OPTIONS

 

Workshops are a great way to introduce Financial Wellbeing into your organisation. They can be run for all employees or only for selected groups and they can be made opt-in or mandatory. Depended on the location and demographic of your workplace, they could be on-site in person or online over webinar. We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and in person events may incure a travel fee.
Businesses engage us to run workshops for lunchtime learning, team offsite days, leadership training days, graduate events, talent program groups, womens events, and more. WORKSHOPS INCLUDE

  • Understanding your everyday money is fundamental to everyone’s overall financial wellbeing. Our 12 Steps are easy to follow and cover the basics of everyday finance. It works for all levels of the organisation through to executive leadership. Individuals can focus on the steps that they need to build the skills that they will have for life. Participants are challenged to understand their current behaviour and beliefs around money, so that these can be aligned to current values and future goals. We also provide practical focus on building financial capability and setting up money systems that support realistic goals and improving financial resilience.

  • Support to build awareness and uptake of the financial wellbeing program within your organisation. The pre-work is sent to participants to start the engagement process with them as soon as they are registered to attend a workshop. It’s all done for you. Our marketing support includes:

  • Collection of data will allow you to understand the value of the organisation's financial investment and ROI and if the program making real impact. Data is collected throughout our engagement on the following areas:
